Our accommodation, food and music showcases some top quality local produce including Burren lamb and meats; local seafood for our fabulous Chowders and Fish ‘n Chips, and top quality smoked salmons from our neighbours in the now world-famous Burren Smokehouse.
We also incorporate local cheeses in our dishes, most notably the St. Tola Goats Cheese from the Garvey family in Inagh just a few short kilometres away from us.
We have a huge range of premium Irish whiskeys and a selection of craft beers, including from ‘Connemara Ale' amongst others. Of course, we also have the usual selection of national and international draft beers also to include Guinness, Hop House 13, Heineken and much more. Our gin selection includes Hendricks, Gunpowder, Dingle and many others with full range of tonics from Fever tree and others .
